A commercial real estate firm located in West Bloomfield has a marketing and administrative position available. The position requires performing basic administrative tasks as well as managing the company’s marketing platforms and preparing new marketing materials.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing marketing materials and updating all marketing platforms
- Creating new ideas to promote the company
- Administrative duties (i.e. answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Management of listings in the company database
- Ability to work in a fast past and team oriented environment
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel programs)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Strong communication skills
