A commercial real estate firm located in West Bloomfield has a marketing and administrative position available. The position requires performing basic administrative tasks as well as managing the company’s marketing platforms and preparing new marketing materials. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing marketing materials and updating all marketing platforms 
  • Creating new ideas to promote the company
  • Administrative duties (i.e. answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Management of listings in the company database 

Profile/professional skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast past and team oriented environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel programs)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills
